Robert F. Malacoff, M.D.
Robert F. Malacoff, M.D., FACC, FSCAI, FHRS, CCDS
Dr. Robert Malacoff is a Board-certified Cardiologist and Electrophysiologist who treats patients at Orange Regional Medical Group and Catskill Regional Medical Group.
Dr. Malacoff has been providing exceptional care for more than 35 years. Most recently Dr. Malacoff delivered care to patients at Lehigh Valley Heart Specialists in Allentown, Pa. In 2012, Dr. Malacoff earned certification from the International Board of Heart Rhythm Examiners and also earned certification as a Cardiac Device Specialist. In 2006, he was certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine with added qualification in Clinical Electrophysiology and is also certified in the sub-specialty Boards in Cardiovascular Medicine.
Dr. Malacoff received his medical degree from Yale University and graduated from the Internal Medicine Residency program at Yale – New Haven Hospital in New Haven, Ct. His research fellowships include Clinical Electrophysiology at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston, Mass. and Cardiovascular Medicine at Peter Bent Brigham Hospital in Boston Mass. Dr. Malacoff is a fellow of the American College of Cardiology and The Society for Cardiac Angiography & Interventions. He has also served as Clinical Associate Professor of Medicine for Penn State University at Hershey Medical Center in Hershey, Pennsylvania.
Emmanuel Nketiah, M.D.
Emmanuel Nketiah, M.D.
Emmanuel Nketiah is a cardiologist at Orange Regional Medical Center who specializes in the diagnoses and the treatment of heart related diseases and disorders. He is a native of New York and received a B.S. from the Honors College at Stony University, and an M.D. from State University of New York at Syracuse. He completed his internship and residency at the University of Virginia Health System and Cardiology training at Edith and Benson Ford Heart & Vascular Institute in Detroit. He is a member of the American Heart Association and a fellow of the American College of Cardiology. As a former scientist and a researcher he has published research in the areas of cholesterol and lipid metabolism.
He is dedicated to producing innovations to improve patient care and outcomes. In the outpatient clinic he diagnose, treats and manages cardiovascular conditions, including but not limited:
- Coronary artery disease and prevention

- Heart valve diseases
- Congestive heart failure
- Palpitations and atrial fibrillation
