Effective January 1, 2017 our Orange Regional Medical Center will utilize Press Ganey for our Patient Satisfaction Scoring and Benchmarking Data. Through patient surveys, Orange Regional is able to enhance the way we deliver healthcare to our patients. The confidential data provided to us by Press Ganey will be used to ensure that we make the best efforts to go above and beyond to meet and exceed our patients expectations. Press Ganey has been working with healthcare organizations in transforming the patient experience for more than 30 years.
