Recently, Federal authorities provided Orange Regional Medical Center with a list of Medicare patients whose information may have been used in connection with a national Medicare scam. We are working with the authorities to determine whether the breach, which happened back in 2005, occurred at Orange Regional Medical Center, or with an outside party who had access to Medicare data. The notification letter below has gone out to those who may possibly have been affected.
