Orange Regional provides Perinatal services, in conjunction with Westchester Medical Center.  This agreement allows our high risk obstetrics patients to be seen by James F. Smith, Jr., M.D. a board certified perinatologist and Section Chief of Perinatology at Westchester Medical Center in coordination with their personal obstetrician. Dr. Smith has the specific training and experience needed to perform complex diagnostic and therapeutic procedures during pregnancy that can involve the fetus and/or the mother.
