The Behavioral Health Access Center

Orange Regional Medical Center also has 24/7 psychiatric emergency services available through the hospital’s Emergency Room. Individuals of any age experiencing a psychiatric emergency can come to our Access Center and be seen and treated by our multi-disciplinary professional staff (Licensed Psychiatrists, Nurse Practitioners, Psychiatric Social Workers, Medical Emergency Room MDs and RNs). Services include comprehensive psychiatric and medical evaluations, treatment, admissions, transfers, and/or discharge planning services.
